Pupil Centred Reviews

If a pupil on the SEND register transfers to another school, for example when they move to secondary school, school will hold a pupil centred review. A pupil centred review meeting is an opportunity to gather information about what is important to your child now and in the future, what support your child needs, and what is working in their life. Both you and your child will be able to ask any questions you have about the move. All relevant professionals who are actively involved, or will be, with your child, will be invited to attend the meeting.
